This Week’s Transit Vibes IRL
Monday, April 13 Venus Sextiles Jupiter
A sweetie pie of an aspect; Venus in Taurus forms a sextile with Jupiter in Cancer. Venus, our goddess planet of love and beauty, is basking in the abundance of big ol’ Jupiter. Keep an eye out for opportunities of love, art, and beauty, and be brave enough to take advantage.
Thursday, April 16 Mars sextiles Pluto
Yet again, we’re getting that explorative, free-flowing sextile energy. Power & Drive Mars's raw energy, ambition, and willpower blends with Pluto's transformative, regenerative force. This is the time to do great things!
How you experience this aspect:
- Get up and do energy in a productive direction.
- Hey, you, transform and grow and be amazing, this day is here to support
- Come up against a challenge? No, problem, you’ll crush it.
Friday, April 17th New Moon in Aries
My dears, this is a special one. New Moon in Aries — Sun at 27° & Chiron at 26° A New Moon this close to Chiron is both emotionally and spiritually significant and rare. We are being asked to acknowledge our Wounds around selfhood (Aries), old pain about who you are, whether you're allowed to take up space, lead, or be seen… because guess what, just as you are beautiful and whole and made of stardust. Chiron is sitting at the tail end of Aries. We’ve been working with this wounding of Self since about 2018; these last few months invite us to celebrate the integration, wisdom, and work we’ve done during this transit.
Extra Quips
In Chicago? I am hosting a New Moon in Aries workshop. Come!
“You develop an instant global consciousness, a people orientation, an intense dissatisfaction with the state of the world, and a compulsion to do something about it. From out there on the moon, international politics look so petty. You want to grab a politician by the scruff of the neck and drag him a quarter of a million miles out and say, ‘Look at that, you son of a bitch.’” Edgar Dean Mitchell, NASA astronaut, walked on the moon
